Just came across this, really valuable perspective.

One thing this made me think about from a workplace AI perspective is that the AI layer often gets most of the attention, but the harder problem may be building the context layer underneath it. Knowing which company information to trust, who has access to it, and where it fits within a workflow will be harder to replicate than connecting to a model.

I wonder if this is where the real moat in workplace AI ends up being.
